Well, spring is right around the corner, 36 days away to be exact, and I am inspired. When I first started this particular hand-lettering project I thought that I would only represent the leaf design as an accent to the letter itself, but as the drawing progressed, I found that the overall effect looked much more organic and complete by introducing the leaf design throughout the entire letter. I am enjoying the lines within this drawing. They are soft and fluid. I actually liked this hand-lettering so much that I decided to imitate the same design, but as a bold option, the initial drawing was my take on the regular option.

Hello! My name is Renee Marie Fraticelli. I am currently enrolled at Flathead Valley Community College . My course study is Graphic Design. I have just one semester left and couldn't be more excited to get out there and work in the field.

I am also a mother of four. Three of which are my beautiful step-children, Elaine, Alan and Kristen, and one of which is my lovely biological daughter, Juniper. She will be 4 this April and I am excited to see her transition out of "Three-nager" 'tude. LOL

I met my husband 10 years ago at an 80's-themed, birthday/New Year's party. I was dressed as Madonna, he was wearing a letterman's jacket with nerdy glasses and poindexter hair. It was love! We hit it off from the moment we met...side note: a game had started and he knew all of the answers...this was my guy! I'm not competitive or anything. We went on a date a week later and the rest is history.
